I couldn't choose just one Ref- word: REFeree (tie breaker amongst couples), REFerral (to trusted trades & vendors), REFerence (to previous projects & solutions), REFlection (on what's working for your space and what's not), REF-urbish (make new again)...shall I go on?

We'll start with a free phone consultation to determine your needs, how I might be able to help and ultimately find out if we'll make great collaborators! Then we can discuss what services might work best for you!

I offer three ways to work together: a one-time flat-fee consultation, an 8-hour Advocacy & Guidance package you can use as needed, and customized project-based advocacy for clients who want ongoing support throughout their remodel.
Additional time can be added in 5-hour increments when applicable.
If you’re unsure which option is right for you, I’m happy to help you figure that out.

Reasonable communication between us (such as brief questions, scheduling, or quick clarifications) does not count toward your package hours.
Time is tracked when I am actively working on your project — for example, reviewing materials or plans, researching products, preparing design suggestions, communicating with vendors or trades on your behalf, or traveling to your site.
I’m happy to share a simple summary of time used upon request, so you always have transparency into how your package is being applied.

Needing more time is far more common than having unused hours, and you can always add additional time in 5-hour increments if your project evolves.
Unused hours are non-refundable. Once we’ve completed the agreed-upon scope of your package — or once your purchased hours are used — your package is considered complete unless you choose to add more time.
